My mum prepared them a lot for me, I had the inspiration of making them today and a call to my mum satisfied my heart desire. Let me show you how to do this the grand style! Brace yourself and get ready to rumble.
What Is Pancake?
Ingredients For Making Fluffy Pancakes
1. About two cups of flour.(recipe for 3-5 people)
2. A mixing bowl
3. Baking powder
6. Wooden spoon
7. 1 – 2 Raw egg(s)

Steps To Make Fluffy Pancake
Step 1. Start by measuring out two cup and half of all-purpose flour into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2. Add 5 teaspoons of baking powder. 5 may seem like too much, but this is the dern(key) to getting the softest, fluffiest delicious pancakes.
As the pancakes cooks, the baking powder is going to react and create a lot of air, giving you that perfect fluffy pancake texture.
Over to the dry ingredients
Step 3. Add a pinch of salt. You can also add sugar, I insist on adding the sweetness at the end of the pancake is cool, but its up to you.
Step 4. Use a wooden spoon to mix the dry ingredients together until they blend. Set the bowl to the side.
In another bowl
Step 5. Use a smaller bowl to mix together the wet ingredients.
Step 6. Crack and add your raw egg(s)
Step 7. Add your milk, any type of milk Diary, Soy, almond any type will do the trick.
Step 8. Add in a 1/4 cup of cooled melted butter.
Step 9. Use a fork to mix everything together, making sure the egg is well blended.
Step 10. Add a tea spoon of vanilla, its a matter of choice though.
Back to the big bowl
Step 11. Make a pit or opening in the flour and pour in the wet ingredients.
Step 12. Fold the batter together with a wooden spoon until there are no longer any large lumps. But make sure you’re not over-mixing as this will lead to your pancakes being quite tough.
Step 13. I am giving you a basic pancake but if you want to step it up a notch you can add your flavour here.
Lets Cook This Fluffy Pan Cake, Shall We?
Step 15. Heat the pan over a not so blazing heat.
Step 16. When the pan has heated add a small amount of butter to the pan to melt.
Step 17. Scoop out about a 1/2 of a cup of the ingredients from the big bowl and pour into the pan.
Step 18. Leave the pancake to spread on its own and cook for a few minutes. You’ll know it’s ready to flip when air bubbles start to form on the top. If you are unsure, using a spatula to lift up the side and check the bottom.
Step 19. Flip and cook for a further few minutes on the opposite side. If your pancakes are browning a little to quickly, you are to adjust the heat. Place the cooked pancake on a plate and repeat with the next.
Step 20: It is ready for serving.
