How To Copy Multiple Text To Your Clipboard

When surfing, you might come across different texts you’ll love to copy. Often these texts are not together, they may be scattered in the document and you aren’t ready to copy and paste then come back and copy and paste.

There’s a way around this, all devices have this method, the computer version of this isn’t reliable so I wouldn’t write on it, if I come across anyone that’s okay, I’ll update this article.

Mobile devices have a more convenient way of going about this.

Note: You can only copy texts to your clipboard, images and folders aren’t allowed.

Step 1:
Go to your Android play store or iOS Apple store.

Step 2:
From the search bar, type and download any of these apps.

Note: This are external keyboards that have a bigger clipboard storage space and can allow you to save multiple groups of texts on it.

For iPhones/iPad any of this apps will do the trick
1. SwiftKey
2. Go Keyboard

For Android devices
1. Go Keyboard
2. SwiftKey
3. Cheetah Keyboard

Etc.

Step 2:
Launch any of the apps and follow the authorization instructions.

Step 3:
Highlight a text and copy. Go up to see how to highlight a text.

Step 4:
Go to the document where you want to paste, your default keyboard should be any of these new keyboards. (I am working with GoKeyboard)

Click on the empty field you wish to paste, your keyboard should come up.

Step 5:
Click on “Go” it is usually at the top left of the keyboard (Other keyboards will have a different way to access its clipboard)

Step 6:
Click on “Clipboard“. Pick the text you wish to paste.

Done!!!

For Swiftkey, the instructions to go about this for iOS and Android devices are in this link.

Tip! If you are used to your default keyboard and this new keyboard seems strange, you can use them only when you want to copy different texts to your clipboard.
