netsh winsock reset

Now press Enter to reset the network adapter driver.

4. When done, restart the PC and see if the error 0x0003 persists.

Solution 4: Install the Latest Graphics Driver Manually

  2. Type in apwiz.cpl and hit the Enter key. Windows then open the Programs and Features window.
  3. In the Program and Features window, locate every installation by Nvidia, right-click on it and select Uninstall and remove ever driver associated with GPU. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete uninstall it.
  4. When done, restart your computer.
  5. Next, visit this link (after it boots up) and set your GPU model, operating system, series, and language. Now, click on Search and get the latest version available for your GPU configuration.
  6. After downloading it, click the installation file and install it.

Solution 5: Update Nvidia Graphics Driver
