Step 1: In your device browser(Pc to be specific: This instruction was done with a PC) go to the Outlook official site here.
If you have previously signed in to your Outlook account with your browser, it will auto sign in.
If you aren’t logged in, log in with your Microsoft email or phone number and input your private password.
To create an email signature in outlook, you need to be logged in first.
Step 2: Towards the upper-right side of your inbox is a gear ⚙️ sign, this is your “Settings” option.
Click on this, a drop-down menu pops open.
Step 3: At the bottom of the drop-down menu, you’ll find the “Option” option, select this.
Step 4: In the “Options” menu, locate and select the “Email Signature” option.
If you can’t find it, Expand the “Layout” drop-down menu.

How To Add Outlook Signature Using Outlook PC Program
This setting will for Outlook 2013, 2016 and 2019
Step 1: Open your Outlook 2013 or 2016 program. If you can’t find it, use your PC search bar to find the program or download if need be.
Step 2: At the top-left side of your screen is a “New Email” button, click this.
Step 3: At the top of your screen, click on the “Include” option, similar options are arranged horizontally.
Step 4: In the “Include” toolbar, click the “Signature” drop-down options, then click on “Signature“.
Step 5: A new window opens, click on “New“. This button can be found under the “Select Signature To Edit” text box.
Step 6: Type in a preferred name to give this signature. This is required should in case you

Step 7: At the bottom of the page is the “Edit Signature” text box. Create your customized Outlook Signature.

Check other options boxes like “Replies/Forwards“. This option ensures that your signature is added to mails you Forward and your replies.

Adding Outlook Signature With Outlook 2019
The above method will work in your Outlook 2019, what this method here does is, you will be able to create Outlook Email without using the “Create Email” option
Step 1: Open your Microsoft Outlook 2019 program. Access it from your Start Menu or search for it.
Step 2: At the top-left side, click on the “File” menu, followed by the “Options” drop-down menu, then the “Mail” option.
Step 3: In the ‘Compose Message‘ section, locate and click on the “Signatures…” box.
Step 4: A window called “Signatures and Stationery” pops open. Click on “New” to create your personal signature.
Give your signature a name then click “Ok“.
Step 5: Below the S and S window you’ll see a text block titled “Edit Signature“, create or add your customized signature.

Step 1: From your app tray(iOS) or App Menu(Android) locate and open your Outlook application.
If it isn’t in your device, go to your app store to download it.
Step 2: Login if you aren’t already.
Step 3: At the top-left part of your device screen, click on the menu button.
